This position is based out of the San Francisco office and open to a hybrid schedule once onboarding and orientation is complete.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support project team in development of the design and production, organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set
- Communicate and coordinate with project team members, consultants, and contractors
- Research code requirements and interface with governmental agencies
- Research materials, products and systems
- Work with the project team to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations
- Coordinate and participate in project meetings; screen share and navigate BIM model and other exhibits through Zoom, record and issue meeting notes
- Distribute project deliverables (drawing sets, correspondence, submittals)
- Implement the established graphic standards of the office
- Assist with other office-wide tasks that make day-to-day operations of the office possible
Qualifications
- Accredited degree in architecture
- Two to five years of related professional experience in design and production
- Intermediate technical knowledge of Type V construction
- Demonstrated 3D modeling/BIM proficiency (ArchiCAD preferred, but not required)
- Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

The hiring base annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $98,000. Any offer of compensation will be determined by a candidate’s education, skills, and experience as assessed during the interview process.
